Pain Reprocessing Therapy is for You If...

  • You’ve been dealing with chronic pain that doesn’t have a clear medical cause or continues even after healing.

  • You’ve tried treatments like medications, physical therapy, or injections, but the pain persists.

  • You feel stuck in a cycle of pain and fear, avoiding activities you once loved.

  • You’ve been told your pain is “in your head” — but you know it’s real.

  • You notice your pain gets worse with stress, anxiety, or certain emotions.

  • You want to learn how to calm your nervous system and take control of your healing.

  • You’re ready to try a new, mind-body approach based on the latest neuroscience.

Common symptoms associated with neuroplastic pain

  • Back pain

  • Neck and shoulder pain

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Migraines and tension headaches

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

  • Nerve pain (like sciatica or burning sensations)

  • Pelvic pain

  • Unexplained pain conditions

  • Injuries that haven’t healed past 8 week

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

PRT is for you if you’re ready to try something different and take an active role in your healing process.

When Might PRT Not Be the Right Fit?

While Pain Reprocessing Therapy is highly effective for chronic, non-structural pain, it’s important to rule out any serious medical conditions that require specific treatment. PRT works best when pain is driven by neuroplastic changes in the brain and nervous system, rather than an active injury or structural issue.

PRT may not be the best approach if your pain is caused by:

  • Acute injuries (such as broken bones or sprains)

  • Infections or inflammatory conditions

  • Serious medical conditions (like cancer or autoimmune diseases)

  • Structural issues that require medical intervention

If you’re unsure whether your pain is suitable for PRT, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying medical conditions.

However, if you've been told that your pain is unexplained, chronic, or persists despite medical treatment, PRT could be a game-changer. It helps address the brain’s role in maintaining pain and gives you the tools to break free from the pain cycle.

What people are saying

After just 2 sessions with Amy my chronic back pain disappeared. I now live a pain free life!

I have found the techniques Amy gave me helpful in calming my pain response when riding my bike and I have not experienced the back and wrist pain since!

Amy is incredibly skilled at holding a safe space for real healing and transformation. The three sessions I received from her were some of the most powerful of my life. In the space of an hour, she had guided me seamlessly to the root of some major issues, held me through intense emotional release, and lead me out the other side. She has a profound wisdom, grace and ease which allows for profound and long lasting shifts to take place in the container she holds. I highly recommend this work to anyone that is interested in healing pain and illness through finding the root emotional cause for the dis-ease.

“I have been working with Amy whilst at a time where my trajectory of health could go down the road of Autoimmune dis-ease - including allergies, cancer, chronic fatigue... and with her sufficient knowledge of Neuroscience, her beauty full heart felt deep authentic presence, and her ability to follow her intuition, I have started to regress some of these symptoms to open up to other possibilities of healing, opening and softening to that which is true, and bringing home very vulnerable parts.

I have really enjoyed working with Amy, and would recommend her way of working to anyone, especially women! Thank you Amy, for gently supporting me on this path of healing, being, and meeting with love.”
