Hello, I’m Amy.

I specialize in working with the mind-body connection, helping people heal from chronic symptoms such as pain, depression, anxiety, IBS, brain fog, and lingering injuries — to mention just a few.

My life is deeply informed by a dedication to self-inquiry, meditation, movement, the body, and waking up to this wild and magnificent life. For the past seven years, I have been working closely with my teacher in spiritual awakening. This work underpins everything I do and shapes the way I live my life.

In my early twenties, after an MRI on my lower back, I was told I would be in pain for the rest of my life. I was devastated — it felt as though my world was falling apart. Every movement became restricted. I could no longer dance, run, or even get out of bed freely.

Then, one day, I read Healing Back Pain by Dr. John E. Sarno, and everything shifted. That book marked the beginning of my journey to becoming pain-free. I learned that my pain wasn’t caused by a structural issue, but by neural pathways stuck in a cycle of fear and protection. Once I understood how my brain was working, everything changed. Over the next few months, my pain drastically reduced, and now I live my life the way I did before my back pain began. I dance, run, play, and move freely.

I continue to work with my nervous system, gently undoing years of learned fear responses. As I do this, I notice the protection around my heart softening. I’m beginning to live from a place of love, gradually letting go of the fear that once ruled me.

It’s this commitment to love that keeps my journey alive. My wish is to share the incredible tools and practices I’ve learned along the way, so that others can experience the remarkable healing capacity of their own nervous system.

Around the time I was struggling with back pain, I was also studying at the Bristol School of Shiatsu. Shiatsu gave me tools to be present with others, to sit in the deep unknown, to witness without judgment, and to listen to a language beyond words. It became my gateway to working with the body, the mind, and presence.

In 2019, I trained as a Doula with the Sacred Birthing School, followed by training in Abdominal Therapy. Soon after, I embarked on the epic journey of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, which continues to shape and inspire my work.

In addition to my work with chronic pain, I offer abdominal massage and inquiry sessions. Through this work, I support people on a range of journeys — whether it's those trying to conceive, healing after a loss, navigating post-abortion recovery, addressing menstrual issues, or simply wanting to connect more deeply with their abdomen and womb.

Ultimately, beyond any training or title, my work is a service to love — the kind of love that emerges when we surrender to presence and open ourselves to each unfolding moment.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to discuss how I can support you. I’m always happy to talk.
